What types of pharmaceuticals and supplies does Tri-Pharma offer?
Tri-Pharma offers a comprehensive range of pharmaceutical products, including prescription medications, over-the-counter remedies, generic alternatives, and specialty pharmaceuticals. Our prescription products are FDA-approved and come with assigned National Drug Codes (NDCs). In addition, Tri-pharma is equipped to procure a full spectrum of healthcare products, streamlining pharmaceutical and supply sourcing for providers. Tri-Pharma does not distribute Federal Controlled Substances.
How do I verify the authenticity of Tri-Pharma products?

How can I place an order with Tri-Pharma?
We can be reached via email at info@tri-pharma.com or call us at 888-660-1704. Customers must submit a valid state license to purchase prescription drugs.
What payment methods do you accept?
Tri-Pharma accepts various payment methods including ACH, corporate check, and all major credit cards. When we receive the first order, we will run a D&B credit check to establish credit limits, terms, and the required payment for all new business accounts. Our remit email to send payment notification is ar@tri-pharma.com.
What are your shipping policies and timeframes?
Standard shipping typically takes 1 to 5 business days within the continental United States using FedEx, UPS, LTL freight, and specialty courier services. Expedited shipping options are available for urgent orders. All refrigerated products are shipped in specialized packaging with temperature monitoring to ensure product integrity. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact your sales representative at 888-660-1704 with details of the product and the defect. Please report any order discrepancies, errors, or damages within 48 hours of shipment delivery.
